Russia has cut off all natural gas supplies to Europe via
Ukraine as the dispute over supplies and prices continues.
Deliveries to Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Croatia, the Czech
Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania have halted.
France, Austria, Germany, Poland and Hungary said their supplies
have dropped substantially.

All shipments for European customers that would pass through
Ukraine's territory stopped at 0744 local time (0544 GMT),
a spokesman for Ukraine's state-run gas company Naftogaz said.
Russia's gas export monopoly Gazprom said Ukraine had shut
the last pipeline. Supplies to the European Union and Turkey
had been boosted to 200 million cubic metres per day through
alternative routes.
Europe normally receives 430 mcm per day, most of which came
through Ukraine.
