If you don't "believe", look it up. The government
recently announced that the military can now/soon do "legal"
weather modification experiments. They already did throughout
the 70s-2000.
German scientists just proved their military has been doing
it to them. Local US news stations are investigating and discovering
barium, aluminum and other toxins are being sprayed over their
cities. Las Vegas is one of the frequent targets. Here is
footage I captured from over a couple hours around midday
on Feb. 27, 2008.
