Report Calls For Militarized Police Force For
U.S. A
recent study commissioned by the U.S. Army and
written by the RAND Corporation calls for the
creation of a "hybrid" military/law
enforcement unit which could be put to use in
the United States to take charge of riot control
and SWAT duties, according to the authors.
